your purchases are packaged and shipped with care. We ship orders
Monday – Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or
national holiday, it will be processed and shipped the next business

items to your cart and proceed to "Checkout". Complete
the requested information, including a valid ZIP CODE or POSTAL
CODE and select "Continue". Chose your shipping method
at which point you will be shown the shipping charges and a total
for your order. You may then proceed by entering your credit card
information if you wish to place your order.
We do not ship to multiple
locations. Please submit separate orders.

Your order will
be processed within 24 to 48 hours. If your order is placed after
NOON PST on FRIDAY, it will be processed the following MONDAY.
We ship within the United States, including US Territories, APO
& FPO addresses. Only US Priority Mail will be used to deliver

• U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin

You may be able to save on shipping costs by picking up your order
at our post office box on 2505 Anthem Village Dr. Ste. E, Henderson,
Nevada. Please check the box marked “Pick up” during
your checkout procedures. Orders may be picked up between the hours
of 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, and Saturday 9am - 5pm.
Due to the size and weight of some items, it may have a per item
express handling surcharge. These items are noted in the product
description and the surcharges will be automatically calculated
and shown in your shopping basket.
Purchases over $60 will receive FREE SHIPPING. Free shipping on
the web site applies to the contiguous 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico and any other locations do not apply for the free shipping
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been
received. You will receive a second email when your order is shipped
showing the total amount to be charged and the tracking number of
your order, if available.
If you are a registered Savvy Scrapper.com member, you can find
out the shipping status of your package by going to the “My
Account” area of our site and select "Order Tracking."
If you are not a member, you may track your order by referring to
the tracking number on the email sent to you when your order was

be automatically reflected in the "Delivery" confirmation
during checkout. We use US Priority Mail to ship Internationally.
Delivery could take 1-3 weeks depending on shipping destination.
The Savvy Scrapper will not accept any responsibility for lost international
shipments. International customers are 100% responsible for delivery
of the products once they have shipped from our facility.
Orders are charged a 7.5% tax for all sales in Nevada. Shipping
& Handling charges are subject to Nevada sales tax.
We have a “satisfaction guaranteed return policy.” If
your purchase has not met your expectations, we will gladly refund
the purchase price, or replace the item within 30 days from the
day you receive your order. Merchandise must be returned in its
original condition before a full credit will be issued, less the
shipping cost. Sales tax will be refunded for returned items. The
customer will pay the return shipping.
Defective or damaged items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item we will send you a replacement
or issue you a full refund after we have received the product back
in our warehouse. The customer will pay the return shipping.

to Return an Item:
Please include the packing slip that you received with your shipment
and indicate the reason for the return. We will gladly refund the
purchase price, or replace the item. Send packages securely wrapped
and postage-paid to:

Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you
an email stating the amount we are crediting your credit card or
store credit. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your
return. Store credits can be used immediately. Credit card credits
may take up to two billing cycles before appearing.
